This Reward & Refund Policy (“Reward & Refund Policy”) governed by Capizal’s Terms and Conditions, and any and all capitalized terms herein shall bear the meaning as ascribed to them in the Terms and Conditions. This Refund Policy is applicable to any and all payments made towards account opening or any other Services using any mode of payment shall stand as under:
Referral Rewards Terms & Conditions:
- Eligibility and Rewards Structure:
- Participants can earn up to ₹50 in referral rewards for every successful referral.
- Rewards are credited in the form of digital gold and are calculated based on the referred user’s cumulative transaction values within the first 30 days of referral.
- Successful Referral Criteria:
- The referred individual must:
- Sign up using the participant's unique referral link.
- Verify their mobile number successfully.
- The referral program validity begins upon mobile number verification and is valid for 30 days only.
- Cumulative Transaction Conditions:
- SIP or normal gold purchase transactions have no capping, and the full transaction amount will count toward the cumulative total.
- Reward Processing:
- Referral rewards will be credited within 24-48 hours after successful referral criteria are met.
- Total referral rewards are capped at ₹5000 per participant.
- Fraud Prevention and Fair Usage:
- Transactions involving self-referrals, accounts under the same KYC, or fraudulent activities will be disqualified.
- Artificial inflation of transaction amounts or spamming to generate referrals is strictly prohibited.
- The referring participant must maintain an active account with a valid transaction history.
- Non-Transferability:
- Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other currency.
- Platform Rights:
- Capizal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
- The platform holds the authority to disqualify participants or withhold rewards in case of policy violations.
- Acceptance of Terms:
- By participating in the referral program, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
Refund Terms & Conditions:
Important Points:
- Once the refund is requested against a transaction, it cannot be cancelled by the merchant.
- Refund request will always be credited to the account with which the transaction was done initially.
- Refund can be requested either for the complete transaction, or for partial transaction.
- Refund will be disbursed after deduction of any cashbacks or points earned.
- Refund shall not be initiated for customer induced errors.
Initiating Refunds:
- Refund may be initiated through the App.
- All refunds, either generated through the App, or any other medium shall be initiated within a period of 3 to 21 days from the completion of the transaction on the Platform.
Please Note: The completion of the refund process shall be subject to banks and Payment Gateways.
