Reward & Refund Policy for Platform

This Reward & Refund Policy (“Reward & Refund Policy”) governed by Capizal’s Terms and Conditions, and any and all capitalized terms herein shall bear the meaning as ascribed to them in the Terms and Conditions. This Refund Policy is applicable to any and all payments made towards account opening or any other Services using any mode of payment shall stand as under:

Referral Rewards Terms & Conditions:

  1. Participants can earn referral rewards in the form of digital gold valued up to ₹50 per successful referral.
  2. Referral rewards will be credited to the participant's account only upon successful registration of the referred person on the platform. A successful registration includes:
    1. The referred individual must sign up using the participant's unique referral link.
    2. Verification of the referred person's mobile number.
    3. Successful completion of 1st round off transaction by both the referrer and the referred user.
  3. Referral rewards will be provided as an amount equivalent to the referrer's first successful Round-Off transaction, up to ₹50.
  4. Referral rewards are capped at ₹5000 per participant.
  5. Rewards for each successful referral will be credited between 24-48 hours post-referral completion.
  6. The referring participant must have an active gold account, meaning they must have completed a successful Round-Off or invested in Digital Gold through the Gold Mine section.
  7. Participants must follow fair usage guidelines, refraining from fraudulent activities or spamming to generate referrals.
  8. Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other currencies.
  9. The platform reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the referral program or referral rewards for any user at its discretion without prior notice.
  10. By participating in the referral program, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Refund Terms & Conditions:

  1. Important Points:

    1. Once the refund is requested against a transaction, it cannot be cancelled by the merchant.
    2. Refund request will always be credited to the account with which the transaction was done initially.
    3. Refund can be requested either for the complete transaction, or for partial transaction.
    4. Refund will be disbursed after deduction of any cashbacks or points earned.
    5. Refund shall not be initiated for customer induced errors.
  2. Initiating Refunds:

    1. Refund may be initiated through the App.
    2. All refunds, either generated through the App, or any other medium shall be initiated within a period of 3 to 21 days from the completion of the transaction on the Platform.

Please Note: The completion of the refund process shall be subject to banks and Payment Gateways.
