Reward & Refund Policy for Platform

This Reward & Refund Policy (“Reward & Refund Policy”) governed by Capizal’s Terms and Conditions, and any and all capitalized terms herein shall bear the meaning as ascribed to them in the Terms and Conditions. This Refund Policy is applicable to any and all payments made towards account opening or any other Services using any mode of payment shall stand as under:

Referral Rewards Terms & Conditions:

Participants will be eligible to receive referral rewards in the form of digital gold valued at Rs. 50 for each successful referral, subject to the following conditions:

  1. The referred person must sign up using the unique referral link provided by the participant.
  2. Referral rewards will be credited to the participant's account only upon successful registration of the referred person on the platform. To qualify as a successful registration, the referred person must complete the following steps:
    1. Verify their email address.
    2. Verify their mobile number.
    3. The referred user and referrer must each do at least 1 digital gold transaction.
  3. Referral rewards are capped at Rs. 5000 per participant.
  4. If the referral is successful, rewards shall be credited within 24-48 hours.
  5. The person who is referring must have an active gold account. An active gold account means the user should have done Round Off through Expense Diary or invested in Digital Gold through the Gold Mine section.
  6. The platform reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
  7. By participating in the referral program, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Refund Terms & Conditions:

  1. Important Points:

    1. Once the refund is requested against a transaction, it cannot be cancelled by the merchant.
    2. Refund request will always be credited to the account with which the transaction was done initially.
    3. Refund can be requested either for the complete transaction, or for partial transaction.
    4. Refund will be disbursed after deduction of any cashbacks or points earned.
    5. Refund shall not be initiated for customer induced errors.
  2. Initiating Refunds:

    1. Refund may be initiated through the App.
    2. All refunds, either generated through the App, or any other medium shall be initiated within a period of 3 to 21 days from the completion of the transaction on the Platform.

Please Note: The completion of the refund process shall be subject to banks and Payment Gateways.
